Baking chouquettes is a good way to test a "pâte à choux" recipe.

A chouquette is a cream puff, well, without the cream. The pearl sugar on top, before baking, gives them an addictive crunch. The sugar won't melt in the oven.

So cute, so sweet and dangerously delicious. They are very easy to eat, and that is their only problem :))​
