Paris

We spent a small week in Paris,… but it’s never enough! :)
So many things to eat, to discover, cookbooks to buy, streets to walk, kisses to catch,... 

I discovered a new dessert "le merveilleux"... a specialty from northern France...  made from meringues and delicious chocolate whipped cream... covered with chocolate shavings...

We also had the chance to go to the famous Hotel Tatin in Lamotte-Beuvron, Sologne; where the “tarte tatin” was created more than a century ago… We had a beautiful lunch and for dessert, of course, we tasted the “real” version of the delicious and simple apple dessert…
